Kelli’s newest projects will end up here, to make the info easier to find. If looking for something specific that seems newish but you can’t find here, you can use the search form on the right. If the project might fit somewhere in the other categories, it might be worth perusing the other relevant pages as well.

FAMOUS LESBIAN COMEDY ROADSHOW (Famous Lesbians Not Included)
Perhaps you’ll remember FLCRS from their tour in Ptown as well as “I am NOT a Drag Queen” bit on my last CD. Well, FLCRS with all the original cast members (Elizabeth Whitney, Katie McCabe and Kelli) with a couple of brand new additions: Lea Robinson and Cheryl Burke. They’ll be doing a tour of the UK in Mid March of 2010, and are currently negotiating with venues for shows. If you’ve got ideas for venues, would like to help promote the tour, can help with community housing, or just want to buy us a beer somewhere in remote Scotland, send me an email. Our website, with performance clips and all sorts of fun and perhaps even valuable information, will be up by mid-November.

KELLI’S NEXT CD: THAT WENT SMOOTHER IN MY HEAD
Well, actually Kelli’s next CD, is going to be a DVD, and going to be taped in a very special, secret location One so special and secret we don’t even know where it is yet! We’re looking for a rural area with a venue large enough to hold at least 75 people (though more is better) gay/freak/gendequeer friendly, and someone with the contacts to help us fill the place! We’ll split the proceeds from the show with the producer/venue and the DVD will be named “That Went Smoother in My Head: Live from X” with X, of course, being the name of the venue. Or if a whole area is getting behind Kelli, we could even say Live from Gay Missoula or whatever. LGBTfolk don’t just live on the coasts, Kelli wants this DVD to be reminder of that! Email or comment if you’ve got some hosting ideas!

AVENUE QUEER
There are about a trillion events in New York each night, but the mainstream (and even the gaystream) press doesn’t cover most of them. Kelli took the NYC LGBT Events Examiner.com position so she could remedy that. Check out the portal at www.avenuequeer.com to see who she has been writing about. And check out the “pitch me baby” section for info on special sections she’s wanting to include:
Queer to Go: Profiles of LGBT friendly getaways reachable by public transit from NYC
Three for Thursday: Mini-profiles of performers, producers, authors, activists; anyone who helps make LGBT events in NY happen.
Where’s That? A more extensive article focusing on a specific venue with significance to the NYC LGBT community.
More Media: Reviews of websites, podcasts, CDs, DVDs, or books with significance to the NYC LGBT community.
In addition to this, she’s also assembling some hub pieces and looking for creative couples (or more than two people if that’s your romantic arrangement) to profile.
